Spring Break Part 2: Germany

Time is just flying now! I can't believe I only have a week and a day left in Paris! This last stretch of my journey in Europe is going much faster than I anticipated. And yet it seems like years since I was on Spring Break... Speaking of Spring Break, here's the second part of my spring break saga as promised!

Part 2: Germany!

We took a flight from Rome to Munich and stayed in Munich for a few days.
Traditional German beer hall :)
Day trip to the castle that inspired the castle in Disney's Sleeping Beauty: Neuschwanstein Castle

Then we took a train from Munich to Berlin. The German countryside we saw was absolutely gorgeous! And I saw tons of little houses with solar panels all over their roofs! :)

The Reichstag!!
Berlin Gate (apparently Napoleon... acquired the statue on top at one point)
Memorial for Murdered Jews of WWII
Memorial again
Part of Berlin Wall
We took a day trip to the Sachsenhausen concentration camp outside Berlin
And of course, the East Side Gallery
